Our Services

At The Diverse Creative, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through a comprehensive suite of services designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities they face. Our offerings are tailored to support those with disabilities, with a focus on individuals who experience intersecting racial and disability-related marginalisations. Here’s how we can help:

Screening Services

Unlock your potential with our Dyslexia and ADHD screening services. These screenings are crucial first steps in securing ‘Access to Work’ support and advocating for reasonable adjustments in your workplace. Our aim is to ensure that every individual can thrive in their professional environment, fully supported by the accommodations they need.

Office Meeting

Education

Financial literacy and education are at the heart of our mission to dismantle generational wealth gaps. We offer specialized support for Black women, empowering them to cultivate a healthy relationship with money. Additionally, we provide organizational training, equipping institutions with the knowledge to support their diverse teams effectively.

Entrepreneurship

For those who find that traditional employment paths do not align with their needs or aspirations, we offer a pathway to entrepreneurship. Through practical support, coaching, and mentoring, we help bring entrepreneurial ideas to life. Our approach is rooted in the belief that everyone should have access to the resources and guidance needed to pursue their business dreams.

Team Meeting

Community

Our hybrid community spaces are designed to convene, support, and educate, creating a nurturing environment for individuals navigating life with disabilities. These spaces offer a platform for shared learning and mutual support, reinforcing our commitment to building a strong, informed community.

Inclusion at the Core

While our initiatives are designed to support the disabled community broadly, we place a special emphasis on aiding those who are racialized. Recognizing the complex interplay of racial and disability-related marginalizations, our services are tailored to address these multifaceted challenges, ensuring no one is left behind.

Our Goals

Empower 1,000 Neurodiverse and Disabled individuals to launch sustainable businesses by 2027.
Screen 5,000 individuals for dyslexia and ADHD by 2033, with a focus on Black and Brown communities.
Reach 10,000 with our educational platforms for entrepreneurial and financial skills by 2033.
